- 10 000 and 300 000 CFU/ml
- 0 and 50 000 coliforms/ml
- 0 and 50 000 enterobacteria/ml
→ 1 vial of water to control the temperature of the samples at reception
30 ml screw-capped vials with airtight seals
storage at 3 (± 2) °C, with a bacteriostatic mixture preventing any bacterial growth in the milk, but rendered inactive upon dilution
CAUTION no bacterial growth occurs in the undiluted sample with ready-to-use rehydratable medium (because of the bacteriostatic mixture). It is unnecessary to inoculate this undiluted sample
in insulated box with ice packs by express carrier (see regulation for shipping times)
at 3 (±2) °C
analyses must be carried out within 3 days after the date of dispatch
